I am new to this site; 2 weeks in and trying to get everything figured out. I am starting week 3 of P90X on Monday, I am having no problems with the workouts as I am an avid exerciser anyway, However, I am struggling with my diet. I have lost 30 lbs. on my own and decided to try building muscle while leaning out. :happy: I tried the first P90X diet and had a really hard first week; not enough carbs I'm guessing :frown: So I am now doing 40/20/40 and seem to have much more energy. I still struggle with how much of which to eat and am low on fat and protein each day, My first meal of the day is oatmeal, so I start off with my carbs early and then have to watch them the rest of the day. I am probably just worrying too much, but really want to get rid of the remaining, stubborn fat. Anyone with any suggestions, please help me out! TIA:flowerforyou:
