I have to completely agree with you on this. Increasing your calorie intake slowly, while maintaining physical activity does help you lose weight faster. As long as those calories are coming from proteins, fresh fruits and vegetables. Also eating every 2-3 hours increases your metabolism, so it helps your body burn…

hey its ash here;) my sister is getting married in jan next year and i really need to lose 6-8 kgs. I started 2 days ago and it is hard!!!! but it is NOT IMPOSSIBLE...so keep at it and dont give up...if u slip off the wagon do not give up hope just dust yourself off and do better the next day...goodluck
