Zumba is brilliant!! I love it. You can try it out first for free on Youtube, just type in Zumba and loads of video's will come up. I'm not too sure about the second half of your question, might be worth asking at the gym. xx

So I weigh 200lbs and I've been thinking about doing stronglifts to build muscle, does that mean I'll stay stuck at this weight? Should I lose the weight first then start doing weights? Getting a bit confused with it all x

L1d4 completed today, feeling loads better about it but still stuck with the weight, bit gutted because I've lost something every week before started this, hopefully I'll start to see a change soon. Am I supposed to do this DVD alongside other exercise or will it work on its own?

My first post on here but I just started 30 Day Shred and I need some motivation. D2L1 completed yesterday and my arms are in agony. Plus weighed myself this morning and I've put on a pound :( Gonna stick with it though, justc need some help with motivation!
