Hi Do you guys have Breakfast Cereal Biscuits in the States (http://www.belvitabreakfast.com/) they are about 220 calories for 4 biscuits. Super fast (grab and go) and if washed down with a cup of tea they are really filling! Diane

I stuggle with evenings too - when i get home from the gym (about 7pm) i am starving! I have a yogurt, a 100 calorie chocolate bar (like a penguin or time out) and if i am really struggling a 40 cal hot chocolate Hope that helps

I have just got over a cold/flu that kept me out of the gym for 2 weeks - it was difficult to stay away but you should not push your body when you feel ill (IMO) let yourself get better and then carry on

Hi Veggie here (since the age of 5) All i can add to this is that i use 'fake' meat in our house as all the meals look similar. We have meat eaters and vegetarians in our house so if we are having a spaghetti bolognese for example then its easy to use 'real' meat for the meat eaters and 'fake' meat for the non-meat eaters…
