Count your macros!!! Your prob not eating enough or your fat is converting to muscle. If that was the case though, you would prob gain weight. You most likely aren't eating enough! Hit me up if you would like to know more about macros!!

I don't really have that problem, but you should try eating a banana. Potassium will go a lot further than ibuprofen. Eat it about half hour before you start, then you will be good to go!

At a min, you want to take a rest day every seven days BUT some do take rest days twice a week. Twice a week would be a good if your just starting out! Hope this helps!
