It TOTALLY depends on your muscle mass. You can't go by a 'weight', you just have to go by being healthy and where you feel good. I am 5'10" and I was WAY too thin at 130. I am happiest between 150-160 but it really depends on each individual person. I carry most of my weight in my hips, butt and legs, so when I drop below…

Aha! I kind of ignored the high protein thing even though I had heard time and time again that I should. :ohwell: I thought it was too hard. I am happy to report that I have just recently been making sure that I hit my macros... including my protein and its actually not too hard! It only been a few weeks but I'm feeling…

This is amazing!! Please tell me kymkan how you did this in just 3 short months!! I have been lifting for over 6 months and have made very small changes. [/quote] Thank you. I did Jillian Michaels Body Revolution. I do think that my high protein intake had a lot to do with it, but something worked!! :)

Make sure if you are doing cardio that you are eating back all of your exercise calories. You don't want to eat too few. I do know what you mean though - it's hard to give up cardio all together! lol

I think that you sound like you are on the right track. From what I have learned, I would focus on one area of the body per day to work out with weight training. This way, it gives that area a rest for a day or two before you work it out again. If you did front of body Monday and Thursday and back of the body on Tuesday…

I wonder what she weighed when she was swimming in high school. I don't think that I ever heard that. I did think that her face and her arms were too thin looking and I do think that it sends the wrong message to reward someone for being underweight. I just read an article where she said that she ate 'no more than' 1600…

My favorite is the side burpee. I FREAKING love those!!!! I don't know that I have a 'move' that I hated, but workout 9 was the workout that I despised! lol

Honestly, I was 1/2 way through this when I realized that the OP does ACTUALLY believe this. I thought that the OP was being sarcastic! Most of this is so laughable! I did need some entertainment this morning though, so thank you for that. :)

egg whites, ff cheese, spinach, turkey bacon - yummo!!! I make them in muffin tins and then just heat them up in the mic for a quick lunch.

find a few determined friends that are on the EXACT same day and compare notes! I had a few ppl that went with me the whole way thru and it REALLY helped me! That is the first program that I have ever COMPLETELY finished and the most amazing! :)

Thanks. It is 6 days a week and if something comes up that you have to miss a day, you can double up the next day since they are different workouts every day. It is 30 minutes and if time allows, it's nice to do an extra cardio (another 30) for extra burn; however, only 30 a day needed - WITH THAT SAID - I do think that it…

What I bought was a resistance band - I think it's medium (yellow) at wal-mart and some hand weights. Start with 3's and 5's if you don't have some core muscles built up. Feel free to friend me or msg me with questions or whatever. I am 39 and Jillian is 39 too - lol - that helped make me feel better, but I do not think…
-
I also say move on and modify if needed! When you finish, you can start over and do some of the harder moves.
-
I'm 5'10... and that does make a difference. I'm coming off of an injury and hoping I can get back up to the level that I was pre-injury.

great job!!!!

What is your diet like. How are your calories and macros set up? Maybe have a look at that?

I haven't talked to a lot of ppl that have followed the meal plan. It has a lot of things in it that I don't eat; therefore, I just followed the 'guidelines' and didn't eat the things on her no list and cleaned it up.

Thanks :) Other ppl that have used this program have used a HRM. I always just used the circuit training to calculate. I didn't eat back my exercise cals tho, so it didn't really matter to me what I burned. I do think that is probably the best but I don't know if it is even all that accurate for the strength moves. I have…

Some of us enjoy the workout programs. The OP posted what his choices were and wanted input on those. I, personally, love to go outside and run; however, my schedule only allows for that on the weekends. Maybe not everyone has the freedom to get out and run every day. edited to change gender - lol - sry OP :)
