PLANS AFTER JMBR
What are your plans for after JMBR? Are you repeating or moving on to another program? I plan to do a mix of 30 DS, killer buns and thighs and the cardios from JMBR - 2 weeks of each level should get me 6 weeks and then i might start this over again.

Has anyone tried this video or does anyone have it??? I am in week 8 of JMBR and plan to do 30DS next, but my problem area is definitely my butt and legs and I'm wondering if I shouldn't do this instead or incorporate it in or something? Any input would be helpful - thank you

How many of you continue to try to do the extra cardio?? I get it in 3-4 days a week and I'm in week 6. I'm just wondering for those of you that are further than me, do you continue this? I would like to think I will and so far so good :)

which week did they notice???
At which week did people start noticing (without knowing you were trying) the differences in your body?? I've lost 14 lbs and not ONE person has said ANYTHING! I work with about 150 men and 3 women and not ONE person has said anything. Although, I'm 5'10", so it takes longer to notice on me I guess.

No Guilt Buffalo Chix Dip!!
K, so, I boiled 4 oz of chicken breast, put that in a food processor with 1/2 c plain greek yogurt, 1/2 c fat free cheddar cheese, and frank's red hot. Eating before my workout
Ok, so, you aren't supposed to work out on an empty stomach, right? Problem is that I work out FIRST thing in the a.m. This morning, I was up at 4, ate a 1/2 a banana and was working out by 10 after 4. Any suggestions or suggestions on WHAT to grab right away?
