half way to goal!!

I started Jillian Michaels Body Revolution on Feb 4 and this morning, I hit my 1/2 way mark! I am down 17 lbs and 8.5 inches! The difference in my body is AMAZING! I cannot believe how strong I have gotten in the last month and the muscle definition that I have acquired! I am 5'10" and do not want to get too skinny (I've done that before and it's not good) My stats are below:

SW - 184
CW - 167
GW - 150

NECK - .25
CHEST - 2
WAIST - 2.25
HIPS - 2
ARM - .25
THIGH - 1.25
KNEE - .5

I kept my calories at 1200 for the first month and ate VERY CLEAN. I bumped it up the last 2 days (still clean) and lost 2 more lbs. I use a 50%p, 30%c, 20%f ratio. I stopped drinking pop (drank at least a liter a day before). I cut down to one large coffee a day (down from a pot or 2) and about 1/2 of the days, I do the extra cardio. I am still smoking and that is the next thing to go. I'm tired of being winded during and after cardio.

I will post pics when I'm done with JMBR. I just had to share my success :)

    That is my next goal - thank you :) I have every excuse in the world, but my 6 year old is a better excuse to NOT SMOKE!
