You should smaller meals more often to help keep that tummy from grumbling and complaining. I try to space out meals and snacks so that every 2 hours I have a little something. I usually have to just let my unused calories go because if I used them at night I feel like I've ruined everything I did all day. Usually if I'm naughty and eat something sinful I try to do it around lunch time so that I have all day to burn it off and flush it away with several glasses of water.

I weigh myself everyday to help keep myself on track. I know it goes up and down but I only count the weight from one week to the next.
