I eat an egg white omelet almost every morning for breakfast. I use liquid egg whites with peppers, onions, and cheese. You can put whatever you like in it. I sometimes have a container of Chobani with 1/4 cup of almonds as my lunch if I have to work and don't have time to sit down to eat. Or if I'm feeling lazy at home I can throw together a wrap in less than 5 minutes. I usually make them with lunch meat, egg salad, or tuna salad.

The smoothie I am drinking right now: 3 ice cubes, 1/4 cup sliced strawberries, 1/4 large banana, 1/4 cup plain non-fat yogurt, 1 scoop vanilla cream protein powder (made one for my daughter without the protein powder).
