Its good to try eliminating dairy and gluten and then slowly add them back in to see if there is a reaction or a sensitivity, but in my opinion you should do a six week elimination diet. Do not be afraid to up your calories, you need them with increased activity. Try adding in another 200 calorie snack per day for one week and see what happens.
