I am at 2000 cal a day right now. I weight train 2x a week for an hr and teach water aerobics 1-2x a week for an hr and usually swim 2k yards a week. In addition, I ref anywhere from 2-6 hrs a week which requires fast paced constant walking. Usually every weekend I throw in some fun activity..
I hate keeping track of my exercise an adjusting my cal intake daily so I like the 2000 cal number every day.
Now... I am losing weight a little too fast and have a main goal of toning rather than losing.
How do you guys determine your cal intakes without using HRM or MFP exercise cals? I feel a little scared to eat over 2000....
Btw I am 5'6 150 lbs and 22 years old.

Do not be afraid to up your calories, you need them with increased activity. Try adding in another 200 calorie snack per day for one week and see what happens.0
