Higher Protein/Lower Carbs Diary to Follow

To get the results I am absolutely determined to get in the next 6 months :) , I've been advised by my beloved lil personal trainer to strive for more protein and less carbs. My lunches especially have mainly revolved around sandwiches and wraps and the like. I'd love to get a sneak peek into the reality of what this looks like on a day to day basis. Would anyone who eats this way on the regular be so kind as to let me poke around their diary for examples/inspiration? Pleeeeeeeease? <3

    i just changed my macros so im doing higher protein slightly less carbs in the hopes of shedding a bit more fat. Diary is open :smile:
