I am def not a morning person myself, but having 2 smaller kids who go to School I have no chose but to get up. I wake up at 6 AM to prepare them for School. A cup of coffee usually helps me to get my day started.

I have a 2 1/2 year old who is going threw some what of what you are. He doesn't eat much at all and only drinks JUICE or milk. However it's a little hard to get him to drink water. I consider it a exercise. I've been walking every morning while my kids are in School and it has helped me loose weight.

Don't feel so bad. I dug in my kids candy baskets this weekend too! I never went over my calories neither and I actually don't feel bad that I ate it. Sometimes I feel I need to treat myself to a little something here and there if not I will def binge. Remember there is always tomorrow and you can start fresh if you'd like.
