Oh. I really feel dumb. lol. I was talking about my cardio workouts that I get the number from MFP. Cardio sessions lasts about 45min to 60 min. I walk all day long. I work in Corrections so my days are hectic, busy and stressful.

Well I was going to do it for extra discipline. Thats the only reason.

I did that when I first started. I really don't eat what MFP allowed me. But it gives me some leeway when I do eat alot during the day. I was going to do it for extra discipline

I don't know; there are to many mixed reviews. I think I am going to keep trying just exercising and making smart and healthy food choices. Thanks for all the advice.

Great job. Success stories like this keeps me motivated. It also make me realize that it is ok to go slow and not fast all the time.

I just started 30DS. Last night was my first night and I did get tough. I will be completing it. I plan on doing it for 5 days a week maybe 6. It depends on how I feel.

Yea I love them too. I have done pump at the gym before. I do Combat at home they really have you sweating.

I enter my workout in the MFP exercise log and it entered calories burned for me. I don't know how accurate they are.

Well I don't have a gym membership anymore. Even when I did I always wanted a piece of cardio equipment just to have at home so when I am not able for whatever reason can't make it to the gym. But I want to get one and in this part of Florida it is very humid. I guess I can get one with a good warranty.

I work out at home with fitness dvds. I had a gym membership but was redoing my budget so I bought workout dvds. The only thing about working out at home, is you have to focus more and work harder and switch it up alot because I will get bored easily at. Oh. Okay as long it is included in my MFP set up and I am good. I think I was worrying about it to much. So as long as I don't go over my calorie limit I will be good. Thanks everyone for the help.

Ok. Thank you. Actually MFP gave me 1830 I think I just gave myself 1760. I guess I am over thinking things. I have a bad habit of that.

But alot of time I work out in the evening after I get off work and before dinner so I don't know how many exercise calories I will have to eat. I guess I can estimate by planning my workouts. Do you think that is a good idea.

So basically I can leave at least 1060 calories out of my calorie count.

Well MFP gave me 1830 calories. But I gave myself 1760. Yes my job is very active. I work in Corrections so I stand and walk about all day long and I do work out as well. I want to lose about 2 pounds a week. But it is not going that way. Thank you for responding.

Sometimes I eat my calories back after I exercise. I am trying to lose at least 2 pounds a week.
