I like to wear one of my old bigger sports bras that arent that tight to bed. i sleep on my stomach and for some reason the bra helps me feel comfortable.

I have 1200 cals to eat each day. On days i Know I am going to workout I eat more. I try and keep my calories 1200-1500. Also only step on the scale every 2 weeks or once a month. I take measurements of my waist, neck and hips.

Sorry I just did the math and it about 2 pounds per week. For me to lose 2 pounds a week I have to workout twice a day. I do cardio and weight lifting

It is possible but your are going over the advised goal of 2 pounds a week. For me in the past losing that much weight in a short time its real easy for me to gain it back. Your goal is realistic if you work very hard. Good luck!! :happy:
