Hi all, I'm 5'3 and currently weigh 148.2. I started our at 175.4 and my goal is around 140 pds, which I think looks good on me as I lose a lot of weight in my face. Looking forward to toning up and feeling good.

I have the same Chiari Malformation but have not had surgery. I hope that the healing has been favorable and that life is a new normal for you. I've had most of the symptoms you've mentioned but was told that its not worth the surgery by the doctor. Glad that things are going well for you.

OP- I've done MFP a couple times, and I realized that if you have calorie confusion as well, that seems to help. This time I've been eating 1200 calories for over a month, each day. Well, I went away for vacation, was gone 2.5 weeks an lost 5.8 pds. Away is where I realized that I'm better at doing 1200,1400, 1600…

Two NH people, that's awesome, me too. I'm working on mine, I know that they go away the less fat I have on my body so I'm working on losing the weight before tightening up. There's a couple of non-floor based crunch videos out there that I've done in the past and felt the muscles after from doing them. Will do them again…

Autopilot, I'm learning that each day, 10 pds. down and 30 more to go, great to know I'm 1/4 of the way to goal.

I had bengay on it last night and when it woke me up at 2am, well then it was time for some heat. Brotherbill, what would you recommend to get it feeling better? I've had hip/knee pain before but this definitely feels different...loose ligaments in knees since I was in my teens.

amywhiteley85, your stats are very similar to mine, I'm looking at losing approx. 35-40 pds. and I'm hoping that I look as healthy as you when I'm done losing. Thank you for the visual boost to what I want to be, it makes me more determined to get to my goal.

Started out at 173, wearing between a 10-12, 10's were a bit snug. I've only lost 9 pds. but now I can fit into 8-10 size pants. I have a small waist but hips and thighs, so I can't go smaller. I'm 5'3 and 166 pds. and I'm between an 8/10 for pants and tops are small or medium depending on the style. When I was down to 138 about 7 yrs. ago, I was in a 4/6, the 4 was a little tight though. I'm hoping to be more toned this time than last time though.

The one that I tried had strawberries and banana (frozen) and 1 cup of apple juice, which I got the light apple juice that's 50 cal. I put it in the ninja blender and it came out really good.
