Biggest tip is to stick with it. It will take a long time to get to your goal but you'll never get there if you don't stick with it.

Cut out wheat and starch for a while and replace it with fruits and veggies, eggs, nuts and meats. You will be under your 1200 cal goal in no time. That's what I've been doing so far so good.

I haven't started this yet. I think I'm going to try for Monday and see how it goes. There just isn't anyone available to take the load, I asked my kid to put away her clothes and they've been sitting on the floor for 2 weeks now, its driving me nuts! So clean all the things! ;)

The hunger will go away after a while. I suggest keeping a lot of apples around for the first week or 2. Each time you get hungry eat an apple. Drink plenty of water and try some tea.

Don't be so passive aggressive and just say something next time. There is no reason you should have had to wait when clearly it was all you. You shouldn't feel bad when someone has to move because you were there first.

Today its plus 6 pounds tomorrow its gone but only if you go to the gym. Make yourself stop at the gym, no oh I'll do it tomorrow. The first day is always the hardest but you won't know until you make yourself get in the door. You can do it!

I think people wear what is comfortable to them at the gym regardless of what others think. Just like when a person gets dressed in the morning they say damn I'm hot not OMG everyone is going to love this.

Take those clothes and put them in plain view. Work it work it work it. In a few weeks those clothes will be off the rack and on your skinny girl body then the eyes will match the picture! Instead of frozen meals try having a banana a peanut butter sandwitch on whole wheat and a cup of yogurt. Drink plenty of water and keep at it! =D

I have some questions for you. 1. What are you eating? 2. How much water are you drinking? 3. How much have you worked out? Don't be sad and don't give up. Maybe you need to change your diet. Maybe you need to work out more. Maybe you ate a lot of protein and worked out a lot and its just muscle.
