I use canned chicken or whatever shredded chicken you want...add an apple....pecans...grapes...plain greek yogurt and whatever seasonings I have on hand...VIOLA!!! enjoy!!

It's tough...but you'll be glad you started. I got tired of starting all over again, so I'm hoping this time I'm going to do it right. I've been so much better since commiting to MFP...good luck!! YOU CAN DO IT! :flowerforyou:

I'm in that same boat....but MFP is helping me....i'm getting better at logging in daily...right now i'm just tracking my food...you can add me if you'd like. :)
