I'm currently 13w and haven't felt like exercise until this week. I used to do body pump and combat twice a week but haven't since finding out I was preg. I've lost some weight too in recent weeks so kind of reluctant to push myself and that resulting in losing more weight and gentle walking or cycling is so boring!

first of all well done on trying to get better :) you have to do things for yourself though rather than for someone else. you have to want to be the one that really wants it. take it one day at a time - slip ups will happen but youll get there in the end :D add me if you like.

I dunno about anyone else but I find it useful for maintaining - I use a hrm for exercise tho and then add that.

I've done shred everyday for 3 weeks with kettlebells thrown in and seen good results. Just find something u can stick with or you'll get bored and walk away

I saw this too and got tempted by it but I've no idea what it's like. Rockin body by Shaun t is also 25 quid with a huge reduction too on amazon so I'm not sure which one to get out of the two now

I have no weight to lose and I've got a reasonable fitness level. I think 30 day shred really works combined with logging everyday. I'm really noticing how my body is changing - I'm getting really good definition to my abs and arms!

shred is hard on the knees - just make sure your form is correct for lunges and squats, that helps a lot

I watched a bit on youtube. Some of it looks great and other bits im not sure it is for me? does it have a lot of dancing in it or is it mainly just ab stuff? lol bit confused to what it actually is?

Hmm I'm 5'5 and 108 and eat like a horse lol don't worry about numbers if your healthy :) carry on as you would normally - if you don't have a problem you don't have a problem and it's no one else's concern :)

You work hard on that bike a few times a week - id say youd just need to increase your calories slightly like adding a protein shake after workouts. at your heigh that weight isnt too low but you wouldnt want to dip below that. :) i eat roughly 1500 on average a day but its taken me a long time to get back up from 1200. I have 4 of jillian michaels dvds - 6 week abs. boost metabolism, shred and another one i cant remember the name of. all good but not exactly exciting. I also have bob harpers cardio shred with kettlebells. thats good but so hard! and again not very fun.

im ike you, slightly under weight for my height but in the past i have been a normal healthy weight. what its come down to for me is the amount of exercise ive done as to whether ive been happy or not with my body. being toned and looking good doesnt really have a number on it for me :D

Any exercise is better than none surely?! Granted I would prob get more cardio a t the gym but I just can't afford it right now. Tried 30day shred level 1 seems too easy but the side lunges had me screaming! I'm not trying to lose any weight just get in shape
