Scale not moving
I am tracking everything, weighing food to ensure that it’s accurate. Working out 6 days a week - mixture of weights, kettle bells and spin. Yet, the scale isn’t moving 😭 what am I doing wrong? My clothes are fitting better and I can see a different in the mirror but the scale just isn’t budging
