Hello everyone,
I find body pump to be the most painful class in the world but a necessary evil. I have never had results like those from body pump so this time round I am determined to stick to it!
Just out of curiosity fellow body pumpers what weights do you typically lift during each track?

I'm sort of a Body Pump newbie - just joined a gym that offers it and have been to 4 classes so far, so I'm still finding my groove for weights. I don't even know what the weights are (sad, I know!) but we have 4 sizes I think? They are the small, medium, large and x-large. I usually use large weights for warm-up track. Larges + mediums for squats (although I think I could move up to 2 larges). For chest track I use mediums and smalls. For triceps (my triceps are so weak!) I use mediums. For biceps mediums + smalls. For back track I use larges + smalls. For lunges I use the same as my squat weight. And sometimes we use hand weights and then I usually use 7.5lb hand weights.0
