Body pump

I'm not new to body pump, up until 9 months ago I did it twice a week. I stopped due to moving house and only recently joined a gym in he new area. I'm worried I've lost too much strength and fitness to do it. My new gym is heavily populatedby men in the weight section and i find this very intimidating amd unlike the old gym there is no womens only section. You reckon I should build myself up in th gym and face my fears or just go or it in class?

The good thing about Body Pump is that you can start whever you want. I don't think there is a need to try and build before attending the class.0

I love Bodypump! It's a great workout. And yes I pretty much dived in with no lifting experience (just a bit of strength training from DVDs). Just ask someone to help you explain what to get.0
