I missed a few days. Actually, I took the weekend off of myfitnesspal and didn't log. However, last night I had decaf coffee and soy milk at 9:30pm so score another one for ME (and all the clothes I can't fit into) Keep trying!

I don't really know; but I will say that 1800 cals a day is a lot. Maybe you are changing the MFP settings? I would think you should be at 1400 cals or so.

I'm starving all the time too. You have to load up your desk (if you can) with stuff you like: fruit, small bags of cereal; cheese sticks in the frig; vege sticks. When I run out of snacks then that's when I'm in trouble. My latest thing is celery. I can crunch that all afternoon and it keeps my stomach busy.
