I'm 5'6 and my lowest was 132. I'm now 140 but honestly I felt much more comfortable at 132. I didn't think I was healthy back then but my oh my, was I wrong.

Great advice! I wish more people would think of it as a lifestyle change instead of a diet. I do calorie counting. Works for me and I can eat anything within moderation.

I watch my sugar. It's also set to 25g a day but I notice that if I have 1 glass of milk, 1 serving of low fat yogurt and 1 fruit I'm already over. Aaaah well haha

I agree. Go get a small piece of the food you want. Denying yourself food, will only result in a binge later.
