awww, I love a good day of soreness! all I own (and all I shop for) are workout clothes. for mother's day, all I wanted was a 1 hr, 30 min run in the woods with my hubby, hills excite me, I look forward to cloudy & rainy days cause they're so much nicer to run in than the heat...the list goes on.0

When your idea of a rest day is to only work out once for two hours in the morning and just a long walk in the afternoon.0

Hating rest days and making sure i walk everywhere on that day !
Hate being ill because i will miss working out too much.
I get cranky if i havent done my workout for the day.

When after you've already gotten in a good run and some strength training...
...you can't just sit and relax in front of the television, but instead do 30DS and TaeBo moves while you watch.
...you can't just relax in the hot tub, but instead do create "water aerobics" versions of the 30DS, TaeBo, and Buns of Steel moves.0 -

When you are following the C25K program and your off days are 4 miles walk + strength training as well as having one off day that consists of double sessions of the week you just completed.

when you take off work or take a 1/2 a day of work just to go to the gym or you miss an appointment because you needed to work out smh0

.....you realize all of your workout clothes are dirty but you don't have time to wash them so you wear them dirty.... Who cares, you're going to wash them afterwards, right? :laugh:

Spending all weekend clubbing means the gym, not the night club
You are able to push the instructor in the spin class, and know his routine and play list.

You look for ways to add an extra 5kms to your cycle commute to work in the morning because it is too dark to ride home after work.0

You will get up at 4:30am with a sinus infection and upper respiratory infection, put on your workout clothes and then fall asleep in the workout room (with your workout clothes on) because you realize that you're STILL sick.0
