I would say that you learned a lot! Mainly, to not let a splurge day snowball of control. My trainer says "it's called a Holiday not a Holi-week". Life happens to everyone but the most important thing is to wake up the next day, brush yourself off and carry on doing the things that you have done to see those fabulous…

Moving Comfort hands down! I'm a DD and I used to wear my regular bra and 1 or 2 sports bras on top. Moving Comfort bras are all you will need. I have and love Juno, Maia, Rebound Racer, Divine Mesh. The girls are locked, loaded and stylish!

Find something that you love and do it! It may be Zumba, kickboxing, cycling, swimming. If you love it you will more likely stick with it. I see so many people forcing themselves to run when they really hate running. Why torture yourself? There are so many different ways to be active so pick one that you really enjoy!

Like it? I love it!

I changed my weigh in day to Saturday or Sunday. This keeps me on track and if I do slip up I have the whole week to pull it back. I used to take Sat and Sun. off of exercise but now I've decided to pick something that I enjoy that is both fun and active to do do on Saturday. Now I Zumba every Saturday morning.

I like strength training but the cardio keeps me off Prozac :D

The ability to click and drag or copy paste foods. The ability to copy a meal from a different time on another day. Like if you eat leftovers for lunch you can copy from dinner the night before.

Same thing happened to me! The scale was stuck, went camping for a week and came back a pound lighter. I was eating burgers, hot dogs, chips and had smores every night. Now once a month or so I stop counting for a day or two and have what I want. The important thing is getting right back at it!

Protein and lots of it. It keeps all of my cravings at bay. When my protein is down my cravings skyrocket!

They put a big glob of butter/lard on the grill first. If you could get them to cut that down, meat veggies and a sushi roll would be good.

I never drink my calories. Try and have a broth based soup. Divide up entrée at the start and have it boxed up. Only have dessert if it's something that I love.

Do you have wide feet? My feet used to do this and I went to the foot doctor to try and find out why. Turned out that my shoes were too narrow even though I got the wide. I ended up having to switch from the NB to Asics which had a wider toe box. I also went up a half size to accommodate swelling. So far so good!

I belong to a fabulous health club and have 5 kids so my workout is my me time. I also enjoy the accountability of group fitness classes. If I'm not running, I'm generally at the gym.

I do Spinning. It flushes my legs out and I can choose the resistance depending on how hard/long my run was the day before. I spin M-W-F and run T-TH-Sat.

This! My levels were still off so I got a prescription for Syntrhroid instead of the generic. My doc said that by law generic prescriptions can have up to a 20% variable rate in either direction. If you are on a small dose this could mean a lot as far as keeping you regulated.

I actually lose more when I don't work out, then it's just calories in vs. calories out for me. When I am working out I have to add in a whole other set of factors for more me to steadily lose. Like not eating too little, getting enough sleep, muscle soreness and drinking enough water.

The only thing that helps keep me on track with WW is the weekly weigh in. It gave me accountability and helped keep me on task. I didn't want to pay just to see a gain!

Smoke it. I've never had it but I hear it's the food equivalent of crack!

You can do this! You know what it takes right? So get your butt in gear. Whenever I start craving unhealthy stuff I most always am lacking in protein. Get that protein up and it will more than likely squash those cravings! Keep your chin up and your eye on the prize!

Ummm you look smokin hot! Amazing work!

Looking lean and mean! My only question... Do you do laundry too???

Sounds like an injury that I got the same way. I was running in a very crowded 5K/family fun walk. there were so many people on the sidewalks so I ran the majority of the race on gravel. I had the same nagging pain starting the day after the race and it didn't subside for 3 months! I got xrays to see if it was a stress…

I have it and love it! I use it after cycling and running. I got the longer one and can use it to massage in-between my shoulders. It comes with an insert that shows you so many different uses when I used to just use it on my calves, shins and quads.

I tried it but it didn't agree with me. I was consistently losing a pound A DAY but it left my mind fuzzy. I only got through 10 days because I exercise a lot and didn't have the energy anymore. I don't think I limited calories at all just ate when hungry and stopped when satisfied. The one thing I did like about Akins is…
