Please diagnose my running injury.
I generally run 3-4 times a week T-TH Sat, Sunday if I feel up to it. I put in between 4 and and 8 miles each day. nutritional info for Gyros?
I'm finding that the nutritional info for gyros is all over the place. Not sure what to go with! I get mine open "open" aka minus the pita. Versa Climber... Anyone use this piece of equip.?
It's not in the excercise database so I just logged stair climbing. This machine is the hardest cardio machine that I have ever done! It is so hard we generally use it in teams adn each person goes for 60sec. Today AFTER a 90 minute Boot Camp class we had to do 1000 verticle feet which about killed me. How do you log it?
