First on the list are Burpees. Can't stand them, not good at them!
2nd lundges. I hate them but my butt loves them.
3rd anything involving 2 towels on the floor. This could be mountain climbers, plank roll outs and that thing where you bend over like in downward dog and push two towels across the floor. My circuit training instructors are very creative.
