Fiber One 90 cal bar
Sensa Quench packet (in case of cocktail mixer emergency, LOL)

Good Greens+ bar, 1oz of almonds, a boiled egg (if I know I will for sure eat it within an hour), water bottle (big purse!)0

I don't keep it in my purse, but I keep low-fat, individually wrapped cheese sticks and pistachios in the fridge/in my desk at work. I find that these fill me up and help me avoid treats and candy jars that people like to bring into the office0
