I too love the microwave steam bags of veggies - from birds eye or your grocer should have their store brand name. You find them in the frozen foods veggie section. I took a look at your last several days of food and I agree with the others - you are not eating enough. I'd at least try for 1200 - 1300 calories. And you really need to up your water to 8 glasses a day - every single day. More if you eat high sodium foods.

I've always heard that you should allow your muscles to recover before working it again. That being said, I was taking a body pump class some years ago 3 times a week and the first two weeks my body was aching the entire time. I did not have the arm issues you are experiencing and that would be a concern for me.

I average about a pound a week. Sometimes a little more, sometimes a little less. The first week I started I lost 3 pounds - never saw another loss like that since.

I'm with the other poster who says why eat oatmeal if you don't like it! I hate fish - in fact I had any type of seafood. I will not touch it. I find other healthy things to eat instead.

Water - you need to drink a lot of water - 8 glasses or more. You are probably taking in more sodium than you think.
