So many great ideas.. I usually do fresh fruits in season... And freeze them when I find them cheap.. For tropical green smoothie try, Celery/ Spinach/ Kale Mango Pineapple Protein powder/ 1/2 cup of Oatmeal water/ Almond milk or yogurt

After cleaning the trout, apply chili powder, lemon juice, garlic, salt mixture inside and out. Marinate overnight or for few hours. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes on one side and then flip over for another 15 min... It turns out really moist and meat just comes out easily from bone.

So many ways to prepare in pressure cooker! I use it to cook lentils, beets and even rice. YOu can use it to cook Garbanzo beans/ Black beans (dried).. Bump! I have been planning to use them for making wraps.. Cut up sticks of cooked egg/ tofu, Avacado, carrots, sprouts. Add a little salt and pepper. Roll them up and cut into bite sites... Serve it with soy sauce, with some chili garlic sauce in it. :happy:
