I'm really intrigued into this keto way because I suffer really bad when I have carbs. My whole body hurts and my stomach is always bloated. Plus I feel really down in the dumps. Will have to do my research. :-)

Hi I've just completed my first week of this. I gave it a go after seeing a success story on here. I do a 16/8 window. My eating time is between 12-8pm my calories are roughly 1450. In my first week I've lost 4lb. I drink tea and water running up to the 12 when I can start eating and find I'm never hungry. I did quite a…

I've been having brown toast for breakfast or protein shake For lunch I had brown pasta with mange tout and a feta sauce plus a yoghurt.

I'm exactly the same! I'm sick of having doubt in my head that I'll never be slim, or it doesn't work! I'm 5 min wonder and always give up! So I'm going to stick to my calories, change habits and and more exercise. I am not getting any younger and I don't want to leave it to late!! We can do this!

I'm going to give your approach a go. Like you, I'd much prefer to save my calories for when I'm actually hungry and a few more to play with. It's as I've got older I feel I don't need breakfast, or just can't stomach it.
