Yes, if I wasn't married.

LOL. I LOVE THIS SITE!

STUNNING! I am 5'7 and went from 215 to 165. Your tummy is so much nicer than mine! You look amazing. You make me think it may be possible to lose another 10 from it! I'm so glad u posted! Thanks!

You're right! I loved the grilled pineapple slices! Thanks for posting!

Just be careful though because food labels can be off by up to 20 percent (under) on some items.

My diary isn't very accurate though. I haven't been logging very well. Thank you. My 'ideal medical weight' is 150, so I'm not too far away. I want to get to 132, however.

i would've reported him. I remember when I was about 20 and had a female exam. I noticed the physician had a hard-on. I was furious!

This one made me laugh out loud! Ok here's mine. Your superintendent comes to your classroom to commend you for a job well done. You are sitting, and at perfect eye level, his fly is gaping open. I stood up as quickly as I could... Just imagine if he realized it was down before I got up!

Just tighten those tummy muscles and do it quietly. If it comes out loudly, lift your legs so they can't identify your shoes? At my work they are one toilet rooms. Thank goodness!

You made me laugh! Been there and silently thought how awkward, but didn't laugh til now!

The Oxford journal refers to a thickened muscle in the heart in "elite athletes" definitely not me. I run 3 miles a day, and I DO have a regurgitating bicuspid valve. You must've missed the part about elite athletes' hearts. Not a huge deal, but this medical research journal seems pretty sound compared to the one…

I like salted apples, peanut butter on Sara lee delightful bread (35 calories) and a few almonds. Sometimes I put a couple slices of banana on t hrs sandwich. Another favorite is blt made either turkey bacon and the Sara lee bread. I used to have your problem, but I've learned not to west my calories on stupid stuff like…

Runner's heart is real, I do believe. There are muscles that thicken in lifelong 'elite athletes'. It is discussed in a medical literature review that I posted above. I'm definitely NOT an elite athlete, but my heart issues are congenital. I have had them my whole life and was not aware of them until I developed edema. We…

I have BVD; it's a new finding, and we are deciding on treatment. Thanks for posting. I am a runner. You led me to this article which answered a lot of questions for me, and my help you understand the issue better. I'm also starting to figure out why my ankles and knees hurt badly enough after running that I had to give it…

YOU LOOK AMAZING! Your boys must be so PROUD! I'm glad you are on your way to happiness. I have lost 40 recently, and 15 before that. I see a cardiologist today about the damage it did to my heart. (I am a runner now though!)

Thank you! I can't believe it is possible to see daylight between my arms and waist! I used to be a skinny mini. I love to run, but I am extremely sore today. I averaged an 8 1/2 minute mile Saturday. I love my Garmin; it helps me pace better. I want to post my worst fat picture... Please look for it; I will put it at the…

I have ordered an armband for my Samsung Galaxy III S. The trouble with running away from them is I run hard and would be slower than him! Thanks for the kind words and great advice.
-
Aaaahhh. You are so sweet. I can sleep on that one! Thank you so much!
-
Geesh! I appreciate all the kind words! It seems there is always someone who enjoys creating turmoil. These people are not calling anyone in specific any names. They are simply categorizing little kids who haven't learned manners enough to just shut up. It didn't ruin my day, in fact, after posting, I let it roll off my…

Thank you! I will look up HIIT. I found a 4 mile run right here in the little bitty town I live in! November!

You will amaze yourself at how many times you can make yourself believe the same lie. When running the same route too many times, 'I can walk after this next tree, then changed to the next tree, and the next until you have run the full route without stopping' its hard to continue believing your own lies." I have one route…

Thanks for the info on toe caps! That's what I was trying to achieve with the gauze, but it gets wet and sweaty. Besides, it is a pain to change out and make feel right. Since my shoes are already a size bigger, and my feet slide to the end when I run, I think this will work. My hubby pointed out to me that the reason only…

Thanks SO much for posting this! My second toe on each foot is black! My shoes are 1/2 size too big, and I thought it was bc they were too big! Mine hurt, so I keep them short. Sometimes I put gauze in the toes of my shoes when they are hurting. That helps. I thought it was my shoes! I have Nike dual fusion - they were…

Also. I didn't say that I am Never warned about starvation mode. My point was that mfp is designed to accept 1200 calories without expecting you to eat your exercise calories. This brings up another point. The exercise calories are on the high side. It really depends on your weight how much you actually burn. I ate themALL…
