I feel your pain....I've always loved my FULL 36Cs! After the weight lose I'm now down almost a cup size to a SMALL 36C or a 34C....but I miss them too :( It's worth it though to fit into my skinny pants :) I just went out and bought a padded bra!

WOW!!! How did you lose THAT much off your waist?!?! I'm so jealous!! You look awesome!
-
I KNOW my head looks much larger after I lost weight... I have a large head to begin with...lol it's okay
-
Bravo! Wish more men thought like you...

When none of my pants fit me and I had been wearing leggings for over 8 months!! shirts would no longer button in the chest and were too tight in the arms. Couldn't leave my house because I had no clothes decent enough to wear out that fit me and I was too embarassed to see people. My best friend almost nominated me for…

I'm jealous...wish mine hadn't decreased with weight loss...but then again they weren't that big to begin with...lol

I'm 5-2 and 124lbs and I'm not short...just fun sized! I love having friends with similar goals and heights. I'm here for support and encouragement!

I'm glad I live in America...

Carolin, I totally understand :) I have friends who complain about their weights at 95-105lbs...l feel like I'll never catch up to that and I don't really want to.I also think that there are probably girls out there much larger than you who might think the same thing about you - that you look great and that they can't…

Did you know that in China, when you apply for a job, you put down your height and weight and attach a picture and they can legally not hire you because you're overweight or not attractive enough??
-
I've lost curves as well.... :(
-
Those are close to my measurements and I'd like to believe that I'm curvy not fat...lol I'm only 5'2 though. I think those measurements on someone 6ft tall would be slender...
-
I feel your pain...I just ignore the size, buy what I can, and relish the great price/exchange rate!

I think most Asian guys are too skinny. It's nice to know that you're representing solid muscular Asian guys :) What is your preference for Asian girls bodies? I don't feel like Asian guys are attracted to me (body AND personality). My mom once told me that an Asian guy would ever chose me...lol not since junior high…

I'm sorry if I insulted you in any way - that was not my intention. I may not be able to understand to extent of what you feel, but please know that I do believe that psychologically we suffer a very similar difficulty - just with a varying degree. There still is pressure to be thin, no matter how thin you are, especially…

Sometimes you may want "need" to lose weight, but you want to. Whatever your reasons are: to tone up, to feel healthier, look sexier naked - as long as your ultimate goal is not severely underweight according to a doctor - you should go for it! I would accept the compliment and keep doing what I'm doing. I don't often tell…

My father takes this immuno-suppresant ever since his heart transplant last year. I believe it caused him to LOSE weight not gain...he's 5'6 and 108 lbs at 57 years old. Ever time they decrease his dosage, his appetite improves and gains a tiny bit of weight.

Wow Hannah! You are busty for an Asian chick...people usually tell me that but you've got even more!! It's the prize for not being super thin... :)
-
I totally get where you are coming from!! I lost 20 and made it to 124lbs but now...I'm thinking I'd love to get to 115lb...just approx. 10 more pounds...but if I get there, will I be satisfied? I'm happy with where I am now. I can wear all my old clothes again. I don't feel enormous anymore. I'm healthy and strong again.…

You have a beautiful face! I know it's hard...but over the years I've learned to no longer take it personally when other Asians comment on my weight or physical appearance. I don't know how it is exactly in other Asian cultures, but for the Chinese, compliments are rare and super toned down. "That's not wrong" means…

I will happily transfer some fat to your wife :)

I think it depends on where you're from too. I traveled around in China and when I was in Xi'an more of the girls seemed to be built like me. More stocky, wide, curvy rather than slender and dainty. I'm from Beijing. Japanese girls generally look daintier to me as well...not trying to stereotype just making observations.…

Every 5-10lbs... That's enough to make a difference on my short 5'2 frame :)
-
Thanks for your encouragement and support :) I am happy and healthy where I am right now...but I'd like to lose that last little (5-10lbs) bit so I can feel less self-conscious about pictures (notice how I don't have any of my body yet...) and sucking in my stomach or positioning myself so I look alright. It's really just…

Hi :) I've practiced yoga for many years, my husband has been an instructor since the early 2000s, and we now own a yoga studio! I would say that the shaking is 'normal' and will get better in time - especially in taxing poses like chair. Just remember to go your own pace and listen to your body. Your body should not be in…

5'2 125lbs = size XXXL when I go back to China to buy clothes... Kinda discouraging...but at least it's still cheap shopping!
-
Hi hi!!! I want in :) What's everyone's height and goal weight?? How skinny do we really want to be?! Part of me want to keep my curves and the other part desperately wishes I could be 105 like most of my friends/relatives...
-
I'm use to the relative commenting about my weight...I no longer take it personally.... "Hi you're looking fat today" My non-Asian friends always find this hilarious!

I think it's incredibly difficult to maintain a vegan diet and a raw foods diet increasingly difficult as the weather gets colder (I live near Chicago). I guess it all comes down to your personal beliefs and choices. I believe that different body types have different needs. My husband is vegetarian and I was mostly…
