My highest weight was 220lbs - 60lbs ago! I could pack my baby and my 3 yo niece and it still wouldn't cover it. Crazy!!

Are you measuring your food? Are you using a HRM to measure calories burned? Do you have an appropriate calorie target for your goals? Are you using anything besides weight to measure progress? If you're clothes are loose then something is happening, it's just not the measure of success you're looking for :)

Awesome, thanks for the info. And - lol - I would never let my SO near me with body fat calipers, I'd probably end up with tiny pincer bruises all over. Downward trends are awesome when it comes to weight loss.

Giving into your cravings isn't a horrible thing! Just have to learn to use the tools to incorporate those things into your diet.
