That's a pretty intense looking kick you got there.

My friend is a photographer, and I really want to do a photoshoot with her.

You could also offer to bring something in addition to what she's offering like popcorn or something. That way you're not potentially stepping on any toes but you can have something to keep your mouth occupied instead of going for more pancakes.

If I'm correct that's 14 lbs. I say throw caution to the wind just this once and give yourself a treat.

How can something so good be so bad? haha

I'm definitely using the one we have at home when I'm done school in may. It takes the guess work out of weight loss and you can better pin point problem areas.
-
I added you. I have some supportive friends but its always nice to have more.

I make the effort to track everything. Usually if there are blank spaces in my diary its because I went out and I know that I went way over my daily calories so I don't spend the time trying to figure out what to add.
-
I'll try again. I always lose focus though.

I prefer the elliptical better. I heard that running on the treadmill can wreak havoc on your knees and my legs usually hurt beyond the scope of a good workout when i run on one. The elliptical you can up the resistance and get a really good burn in my opinion.

I posted my inches that I lost. I'm not sure how accurate they are because its hard to measure in the same exact spot. I took a couple pictures and there is some difference (especially the side shot). Who knows. My pants do fit better.

L1 Day 9 Done L2 Day 1 Done Catching up. I had to stop a couple times with Level 2. Did anyone else notice that it seemed so much harder. I think its because I had just done level 1 right before hand too.
-
Going to catch up for these past 2 days and do both level one and level two tomorrow and tuesday. Not going to let myself give up - I've been doing too good to give up,.

Its the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. You can get it on instant at amazon.com for 2$ an episode or buy the entire thing for around 5.

Not personally but I've seen it.

A lot of the laws in other countries does seem to be pretty lax. When I was 19 I went on a service trip to Nicaragua and before we went down we had a long talk about staying together and the rules because the justice system is practically nonexistent there.

Excellent.

Level 1 Day 8 Done. Two more days to level 2. I feel a lot better I hope that it shows in my measurements.

Level 1 Day 7. Almost 1/3 of the way there!

Yes! I love running with my dog. My golden that passed away used to be my best running partner before he got older. I have to wait for the puppies to get older before I start running with them. They do walk a half a mile each with me equaling a mile walk for me.

Keep with whatever is challenging for you. Everyone has a limit for how far they can push themselves, and we each try to do a little further each time. Pushups are a lot if you're muscles aren't used to that kind of workout. If you can only manage to do four keep with that then each time add one more. I find that when it…

Every time gets easier for me.

Back on Track. Completed Day 4 of Level 1. Feeling better. Not 100% but a lot better.

I don't do the jumpropes for the same reason. I do the butt kicks instead.
-
I always feel awkward when I do those workout videos. After a while it starts to feel less wierd and you get into it. I have no rhythm or sense of beat so any step video or aerobic dance video is out of the question. I do more fumbling around then working out haha

Probably taking a day off today. Been fighting off a cold all week and today is the worst day. I don't know if I'll be able to push myself when I get back home.
