Yeah. Thats all i can do as well. and it is just the right hip. that is the hip that hurts sometimes ever since i had my son 7 years ago, so I think it is just out of alinement from the pregancy.0

Well done for today everyone. I didn't have a chance to shred it today, I am just back from 12km walk though, so I've had my ration of exercise :laugh: . Will catch up tomorrow. Might even try and do L1D10 in the morning and maybe, MAYBE LOL try and do L2D1 in the evening.0

Level 2 Day 3 Done...I can feel it in my abs now. I actually like the planks, is that weird. Maybe it's because I can actually catch my breath.0

Today I'm skipping my workout. Went to a wedding reception and didn't get to sleep till 11:45pm. Then I was up at 4:00 this mornig for work. I'm sure my body could use a break.0

Well, if this website is meant to motivate...here goes. I'm sure most people in this world have 20-30 minutes to take time for themselves. Your our leader, you can do this...who cares if you missed four days. Just do the modified version and jump back in. I've been doing this first thing in the morning, and I'm not a morning person. We are doing this all together!0 -
L2/D4 Complete...just ate lunch, time to give the dog a bath. Then it's time for me to relax and take a hot bath. I was supposed to have training today. Tactical course and PT run. But I guess the electirc pully broke and it was canceled until a new part comes in. I guess it gives me a little more time to get in shape for it.
By the way, just wondering if I'm the only one doing the modified version of everything still?
I'm thinking next month I might start all over again then add the C25 running thing. Then in December try the Ripped in 30. Just my thoughts.0 -

I do most modifications but I try every once in a while the advanced moves. This morning I did some advanced moves. It actually felt good.
After this challenge is over with I think I am going to give Ripped in 30 a try. I also want to put something else in my workout routine. Any suggestions?????0 -

Catching up.
I had to stop a couple times with Level 2. Did anyone else notice that it seemed so much harder. I think its because I had just done level 1 right before hand too.0 -

I posted my inches that I lost. I'm not sure how accurate they are because its hard to measure in the same exact spot. I took a couple pictures and there is some difference (especially the side shot). Who knows. My pants do fit better.0

ok bcuz I have been *out* due to the TOM that made me feel really sick and a REALLY tough week at work (meaning I RAN MY *kitten* off litterally sweating and out of breath carrying heavy plates across a super huge dinning establishment where we were twice as busy as usuall and the shifts were twice as long) I am behing schedule. But I am off today. So this morning I am going to do L2D4 and this afternoon L2D5, along with some 10 min abs twice, my yoga for back build up twice and in between some Pilates Crunch. Hoping that will get me back on track. Sorry I havnt been on the boards this week. Like I said it has been really rough. But knowing you are here is what is making me get back up and get back on track cuz honestly level 2 kicks my but. Makes me want to pass out every time lol0
