I have a fitbit flex. I love it and almost always forget I even have it on! I just bought these 100 calorie nut snack bags from Emeralds. Got 'em at Target. It's kinda nice to have them portioned out already so I can just grab one and go or leave them in my car/purse.

One more vote for Jenny-O! You can get them in large packs at the regular grocery store. They're a bit thin and about 200 cals per patty...load 'em up with veggies!!!

During the week, I workout after work immediately. (So, before dinner.) If I were to go home and eat first, I'd get to relaxing and watching TV...and sigh, no workout. On weekends, I get a workout in before breakfast so I can leave the rest of the day for whatever the weekend has in store!

Right now I've eliminated the sweetener and just use almond milk or half and half. I guess I ask b/c I'm hoping I'm not sabotaging my diet by including the white stuff. Honestly, I could drink it black but my boss buys really cheap, crappy coffee for the office.

There are some "flavored" versions, but they have a lot of added crap. I find that it goes down A LOT easier if you keep it ice-ice cold. If you really want the benefits and not the taste, you could use it in a smoothie...just use it instead of some of the water.

Whoa. It says my TDEE is like 2700 calories a day. That's waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more than I eat ever! Without heavily increasing my meat or carb consumption, I'm not sure if I could get that high. (Unless I drink a 6 pack or something!!) Question is the TDEE before or after exercise?
