Coffee additions?

Coffee drinker here! Question for all you other coffee drinkers out there: which coffee addition is the WORST for you to add? Sugar, no-cal sweetener or cream/milk/half and half?

I get that a double tall super double chunk mocha-chocolatte, extra whipped cream, sprinkles, and a cherry on top beverage is BAD for you. That's not what I'm asking. I'm asking about the plain-jane pick-me-up brew.

If I had to pick one, I'd skip the no-cal sweetener.

I also drink my coffee black.

And there's nothing bad about the uber-sugar not actually a coffee but yummy drink, if you have the room in your macros/calories.

It depends on what you like and what your goal is. For me, I eat a low carb, high fat diet so the sugar would be the worst and the cream the best because it has the fat I want. And it tastes delicious -- that's the most important part -- you need to enjoy the changes you make so you want to stick with them.

Right now I've eliminated the sweetener and just use almond milk or half and half. I guess I ask b/c I'm hoping I'm not sabotaging my diet by including the white stuff. Honestly, I could drink it black but my boss buys really cheap, crappy coffee for the office.

Artificial sweetener is the worst. I use Stevia and Coconut milk if I drink coffee.

Care to enlighten us why it is the worst?

my coffee addition was starbucks breakfast blend k-cup with 4 tbsp of regular (140 cal) or fat free (100 cal) coffeemate liquid french vanilla creamer. then starbucks came out with their veranda blonde roast which i tried and for me is actually a drinkable black coffee. so now i don't use anything in it which is surprising because years ago i would have put in 2 creamers and 4 packets of sugar if i had ordered a coffee when i went out to eat. i would suggest trying different varieties of coffee, you might be surprised that you find one that you like black. i couldnt believe that i had.

as far as the worst, i would think that anything processed like the coffeemate i was drinking a lot of would be the worst. some cream and tsp or two of sugar in the raw i think would be better as long as you measure and account for the calories.
