Am I doing enough?

Ok: I'm 5'4", 219 lbs, 31 years old, female. (Wow, that was easier than I thought?)
My schedule for the last three weeks: My daily calorie allowance is 1530 and I'm doing Jazzercise 5 days a week (for an hour) and then jogging or walking for at least 60 minutes a day 4-5 days a week. On my "off" days, I try to do yard work or household chores. I'm fairly sedentary at work though and I have a pretty stressful job. Lastly, I'm getting about 8-9 hours of sleep a night.
Am I doing enough for weight loss? I really want to get this right and I'm not really losing weight. I eat a primarily vegetarian diet (and NO vegetarian junk food!), I don't drink that often during the week, but I'll have a few on the weekends.

I wish I was doing as much as you! I have a fairly stressful home life...two kids that are active in scouts and myself that are active in their dens and troops as well. My job is fairly sedentary however we have our busy moments where I'm on my feet 70% of the day.
What is your daily calorie allowance and what are you eating? look at that first, even though you're eating vegetarian are you getting enough nutrients to help your body?0 -
Are you eating 1530 total? That's probably too low after all the exercise you are doing.
Overall though, I think you are putting plenty of effort in. You seem to be doing a lot more exercise than I do.0 -

Are you measuring everything?
I've noticed that when I don't measure, the numbers add up veryyyy quickly. What I once thought was 3 ounces of chicken has been vastly skewed by truth lol. Much less than I thought it was.0 -
You are probably not eating enough for a female your size/weight. Google TDEE, work out yours, minus 20% for fat loss. Much less aggressive.0

Whoa. It says my TDEE is like 2700 calories a day. That's waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more than I eat ever! Without heavily increasing my meat or carb consumption, I'm not sure if I could get that high. (Unless I drink a 6 pack or something!!) Question is the TDEE before or after exercise?0

She is not in the so called starvation mode. For goodness sakes, I wish people would stop flinging that silly phrase around at every opportunity.0 -

After if you included your activity as being very active or moderately active. You just take 20% off that 2700 and eat that each day as long as you keep up the same level of activity.0 -

Ok...could you explain?? What do you mean by it being a "silly phrase"?0
