Does anyone else have this problem? I just can't seem to lose my chubby knees!

Yup! I've concluded I'm stuck with mine thanks to genetics, my mum and sister have the same type of knees even when they're skinny!

Ahh, that is what I thought. Guess I will have to live with my chubbs!

Yep, definitely a genetic thing. I wish I could have some more fat on my knees, want to swap? :flowerforyou:

Yes! It's genetic for me. Got them from my Mother and my daughter got them from me. Sister has them too. Even when I weighted 40 pounds less, I still have these fat knees. UGH!

I definitely have fat knees. I'm sure it's genetic. So far I've lost 4+ inches from EACH KNEE. Which seems completely crazy! AND my knees are STILL fat! I'm just going to keep plugging away, and hopefully by the time I reach my goal weight I will have somewhat average knees. lol
But I totally feel your pain.

I did a search for fat knees just to see if other folks had my same issue! Yep! :-) My fat knees have prevented me from wearing shorts for...oh...almost two decades. (And I'm only 31!) I have a looooooong way to go in my weight loss and I'm hopeful that that will help with my knee problem (and my shorts problem!)

I have three sisters who are all suuuuper thin. I'm talking runway model thin. (Yep, I'm the ugly duckling!) They don't seem to have this fat knee problem, so I'm hopeful!

I know you can't "target" weight loss in a specific area, but will strength training help this condition (fat-knee-itus!) :-) Thanks ladies, feel free to add me and we can support/motivate our challenges together!
