hey greenies! Can I re-join this team? I stopped using myfitnesspal in May when I found out I was pregnant, but that went south and I am trying to be back into the swing of things as far as diet and excercise are concerned!

Good morning! I am down to 144.2 today from 145.1 last week, I almost lost a pound:laugh: I have not completely stayed off the scale, but I was not on it as much as I have been in previous weeks. It sounds like everyone is doing great!

I am in again! I lost three pounds during the last challenge so I am going to do three pounds again. My additional goal for this time around is to stay off of the scale except for Wednesdays. My SW is 145.1 I would like to be 142 even by 04/10.

I was hoping for 5 and lost 3. I have upped my cardio in the past week so hopefully I will do even better in the next challange!

I am down 2 pounds this week to 148! My goal for the upcoming weeks is to stay off the scale except for once a week. I am completely scale obsessed and always have been but there is no time like the present to try and break this awful habit. Have a good week everyone!
