there are also supplements you can get at any nutrition shop that help with muscle recovery. you can get a lot of great info from the sales person. i have heard from different individuals who lift, each have their own preferences, so i will avoid promoting a certain brand or what i take personally... :)

thank you! i have tried other TDEE calculators and did not get a definitive result. this one is great! i will have to get used to NOT logging my exercize since i LOVE seeing those numbers, but i like the idea of how using a TDEE works. :)
