Yeah I have a final on May 13 and I needed to come back to have a reason to say no to the Big Mac runs. I swear I have never eaten so poorly in my life LOL.

I am a nursing student and need to get my behind in gear or I am going to be a hot mess in my white dress at pinning LOL. I graduate my RN program in December of this year, and I have gained at least 20 pounds since I started my nursing classes 3 semesters ago. It's so easy to binge on Big Macs while we do our care plans.…

I'm down 2.8 or 3 lbs, I can't remember lol. Next week school starts for me so wish me luck in keeping up the pace I've been on.

I have it too. I haven't opened it because I think maybe I will work up to it with some easier stuff LOL. I am skerred. :noway:

I did my Wii Fitness Coach and it said 235 for my calories burned, but I soooo want a HRM to be more accurate.

I graduate nursing school in Dec. '09, and I want to be at my goal weight, or very close to it, for my pinning ceremony. I have to lose 1-2 lbs a week, and I can do it. I just want to look hot in my ugly white dress and ugly white nursing cap LOL.

DH boiugh tickets to a dinner/dance type thing last month before I decided to be healthy LOL. I think I am just going to have a little of everything and not eat my weight in seafood newberg like I want to lol.

I personally prefer a pogo stick and some resistance bands. :wink:

I love it, and it used to make running so much more fun. I am a total tech nerd, so any kind of gadget will get me motivated.

5 minutes of vigorous *kitten* can burn 300 calories?!?! That has to be impossible. I would do it like 6 times a day just for the workout hahahaha.

I came to terms that Christmas was going to be a binge-fest so I am okay with it. I am ready to behave and eat clean again though, that's for sure.

I'm from MA, and people get a kick out of my "Boston" accent. They don't have to ask where I am fron, since the accent usually gives it away haha. I do hate being asked to say "Park the car in Harvard Yard". FYI, Harvard does not HAVE a yard. :laugh:
