I did it for 3 days and then things got crazy with the kids. I plan to restart it tomorrow and if I start getting bored with it I am going to mix it up with insanity along with my treadmill time.

Impressed with the guys entering a post like this, even more impressed with the adding of more info. Also great for the laughs. Very informative to know that it aids in burning more calories.

I run on the treadmill only since I can't ith my kids. Those would do great outside for distances but not on a treadmill really. The zombie one I did see kinda had a story line to it with and all. I find that I do better when I am interacting than I do just listening to music and trying to run so thought that might help.

Had I said that to my mom while living with her when I got home I would have gotten smacked in the face. Just sayin. Even now I think she would still smack me if I lived closer and did that. PS I have 4 kids that almost daily say thank you for their food. I do get the occasional ugg or eww but my kids r 2,4,7,and 12. Also…

I am game for that since I just joined a team to do at least 100 miles in september for Alex's Lemonade Stand. Some of us r preping now to get ready for then. I sucked this month with staying on it but it has been crazy here.

I think u just like running mostly. I keep doing reps but forget to do the ones that r listed on the spread sheet. I did 257 today and none are on that list. lol hubby had me training with him today.
