I'm on Wellbutrin. It is the one that doesn't cause weight gain. In fact, many lose on it because it takes away desire to eat and cravings. I don't have that side effect but it hasn't made me gain.

I agree when I first started recovering and eating "fear foods" I would binge after. It was terrible. This went on for about 8 months. I haven't binged now in 3 months. For the newbies-Did the scale go up at first? I do not have any weight to lose but inches to tone up overall. However, one week into running 3-4 miles 3x's a week and the scale is up and pants are tight! I know this is probably normal. But when did it even out for you?

do you plan to do the 10 day cycles or longer? I think I will start there and see where that gets me. How many carbs a day would you eat on a normal day vs a carb nite?

I just read a post from a guy doing this where he would eat CRAP all day his carb nite....not really what I want to do! I was thinking eating a whole sweet potato, a piece of fruit and maybe butternut squash or some other higher carb veggie. Not wanting to do it as a free for all night! Sticking to paleo!

I do the best with around 60 fat 30 protein and 10 fat. Sometimes I can go as high as 70% fat if I reduce the carbs down more. And yes, manually enter your goals.
