I dont use sugar and just use 1tbs of creamer, trying to cut down on my sugar intake as well..

Whoever wrote this knows exactly what they are talking about. I totally agree with it. This is exactly what I preach. I sent the post to my trainer and above is her response.... It's just so hard for me to eat my cals back...

bump! sounds like what I make with zucchini, but I leave the insides and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and spray butter on the pan so it wont stick and bake until the cheese melts..

Thanks guys. Im already strengh training with my trainer 2x a week and I follow the 1400 cals. I'm going to have to cut down on my intake, like instead of 2 slices of bread, eat 1 slice.,,,stuff like that...

I believe its merely up to that person. Like SherryRH says, if its non fat or low fat,there's prolly alot of sugar to make up for the taste. Read the labels, I try not to exceed over 25g of sugar aday which is very hard. Just watch your sugar in take, but make sure u get your proteins in to out weigh your sugar intake. I…
