I am feeling really anxious right now because today is my daughters birthday party and I'm making cupcakes. Cake and frosting are real trigger foods for me. No food will make you feel better. Feel your feelings. This is what I try to do. Sometimes it works and sometimes I eat my way through the feelings. All I can tell you is that when I do, I always end up feeling worse. I'm rooting for you and hope you don't find "the food".
