June 17 Me-17 B-0 I really fought the urge yesterday and yet, today was easy. Why is that? Why are some days sooooo much harder than others? All I can think of is that I was really busy today versus sitting home most of yesterday. Maybe bored=binge for me.

I'm having the same issue. I'm going to re-focus on points and not worry so much about calories. I'll still track on MFP because I like the support and it helps keep me accountable to my exercise routine. Today is my weigh-in day so my points reset. Going to treat this like I'm starting WW for the first time.
